1946-47-48 FORD COUPE AND FORD BUSINESS COUPE......

The doors on the 1946-47-48 Ford coupes were different sizes depending on if the coupe was a business coupe or not.....

The business coupe had a shorter door because there was no back seat that needed to be accessed by passengers.....

The standard coupe had a longer door to allow easier access for passengers into the back seat.....

The second picture is a 1946 Ford Super Deluxe coupe.....a standard coupe......

See the difference in the sizes of the doors....and the door windows.....

Notice the difference in the size of the roof......

Also note the difference in the distance from the rear edge of the door.....to the rear fender.....
